Family history enquiries that involve the Hocken Collections in Dunedin can be made through the family history desk at the Collections. They will pass on appropriate enquiries.
Visits
The working archive is not open to drop in visits. Other researchers wishing to consult the working folders can arrange a visit by writing in advance and waiting for a reply.

- · Estate name confirmations without a documentary basis.
- · Work that asks for a conclusion the records do not support.
